I’m Manjula Iyer, a product and technology executive on a mission to make technology more intelligent, accessible, and human-centered.
I currently lead product and technology at 98point6 Technologies, where I’m driving the transformation of our virtual care platform into a scalable SaaS solution for health systems. My focus: building secure, AI-powered infrastructure that improves clinician efficiency, streamlines care delivery, and empowers patients — all while navigating the regulatory, data, and trust challenges unique to healthcare.
With over 15 years of experience spanning startups and Fortune 500 companies — including Microsoft and GE Healthcare — I’ve led the design, development, and go-to-market execution of platforms that support both enterprise and consumer health. I’ve launched HIPAA-compliant clinical tools, scaled multi-million-dollar products, and spearheaded re-platforming efforts that combined cloud-native architecture, real-time telemetry, and ML-driven automation.
My work is grounded in a deep belief that technology must adapt to the domain it serves — not the other way around. It’s not just about innovation; it’s about impact. I’m passionate about reducing user friction, unlocking the power of data, and making digital products feel less like tools and more like support systems.
A few career highlights:
Led the launch of a $110M+ cloud platform at GE Healthcare, modernizing imaging protocols across enterprise health systems
Led product strategy for Azure Cache for Redis at Microsoft, collaborating with Redis Labs to expand premium features, support enterprise-scale adoption, and optimize performance for mission-critical workloads.
Re-architected and rebranded the 98point6 virtual care platform, with AI-powered modules and EHR-integrated clinical workflows
Built and scaled global products across regulated and high-compliance environments, with a focus on trust, scalability, and performance
Presented product vision at the board level and led multi-functional teams across engineering, clinical, compliance, and operations
But I’m not just a technologist. I’m also a mom, mentor, and maker — and those identities shape how I lead.
I live in the Greater Seattle Area with my husband, daughter, and our lovable German Shepherd, Elsa. We’re a household that values curiosity, creativity, and compassion. My daughter is a creative force — into science, music, and entrepreneurship — and she reminds me every day why building for the future means thinking beyond just technology.
Outside work, I mentor early-career product managers, tinker with 3D printing and laser cutting projects, and write about leadership, technology, and the challenges modern women navigate in their careers. I’m currently building a consumer app to support career moms — a hybrid of productivity and community that reflects my own lived experience juggling ambition and caregiving. I also carve out time to learn French at Alliance Française de Seattle — a language I first fell in love with as a teenager and am continuing to explore today.
I’m a member of the Forbes Technology Council, where I contribute insights on product leadership, AI strategy, and platform innovation. And on a completely different note — I’m also a Def Leppard fan.
If you’re here because you’re building something in technology, want to collaborate, or just want to swap ideas — I’d love to connect.
